This Macro Standard compatible chuck is designed for use in the spindle of a sinker EDM. It can also be used in a production/automation application that pneumatic activation is preferred. It includes air flow holes to clean the Z-axis references prior to engaging the holder. Activation is done through the rear of the chuck.
